On July 5, 2025, the cultural auditorium of Fangqian Village, Fangqian Town, Pan'an County, Yiwu City, was filled with warmth. The Fangqian Town People's Government, together with the Yiwu Pan'an Chamber of Commerce, jointly launched a charity donation event, using concrete actions to send care to their hometown folks. LiHang Logistics, as a member of the chamber of commerce, actively participated. Chairman Zhou Xingfa, serving as the rotating president of the chamber, attended and delivered a speech on its behalf.
In his speech, Chairman Zhou Xingfa expressed the shared sentiment of businesspeople from Pan'an: "No matter how far we go, our hometown will always be our roots. 'Remembering our roots and giving back' is the spiritual gene passed down by Pan'an merchants in Yiwu. The value of an enterprise lies not only in the numbers on its ledgers but also in its responsibility to give back to society." He emphasized that this donation was both a practical embodiment of the traditional virtues of respecting the elderly and caring for the young, and an important practice for the chamber to explore the long-term mechanism of "One Chamber, One Town Promoting Shared Prosperity". He hoped this would serve as an opportunity to rally more social forces to jointly protect the elderly and children in the countryside.
As the ceremony progressed, 554 neatly arranged sets of grain and oil supplies were distributed one by one to the elderly of Fangqian Village. Every bag of rice or flour, every bottle of cooking oil, carried the thoughts and concerns of those living away from home for their relatives and native soil. Simultaneously, 5 representatives of impoverished students who excel academically received love-filled scholarships filled with hope. This scholarship was not only financial support but also an encouragement, motivating them to bravely pursue their dreams and use knowledge to change their destinies.
This donation event precisely targeted the elderly population and students facing difficulties in Fangqian Village. Every villager over 60 years old received carefully prepared daily necessities; and those 5 struggling students also moved one step closer to their dreams because of this kindness. This precise and warm care, like beams of sunlight, illuminated every corner of Fangqian Village and deeply touched the hearts of every villager present.
As the applause from the donation ceremony gradually faded, the concern and responsibility born from their native place had already transformed into a bond that will never fade. In the future, LiHang Logistics will continue to actively invest in public welfare activities and social practice.
